WHAT IS THE LELY MASTER POA AND WHAT IS IT RESPONSIBLE FOR?
What is the Lely Master Association?
- The Lely Master Association is the umbrella association that includes all condo associations and HOAs in Lely including the Inspira apartments, Astra apartments and the Arlington. It includes 5278 "doors" (e.g. homes).
- Under the CSA (Comprehensive Service Agreement) the Lely Community Development District (LCDD) provides services to all owners in Lely Resort such as irrigation, county road maintenance and community patrol. The boundaries of LCDD and CSA are shown to the right.
- Every home in the Master Association pays a Master HOA fee. This is included in your current HOA or condo fee you pay quarterly.
What is the Master Association responsible for?
- The Master Association is responsible for maintaining the preserves that it owns in Lely.
- It is responsible for the drainage interconnects between lakes within the community.
- The Master ARC oversees new construction Association alteration.
- It coordinates with all 48 HOAS and condo Associations in Lely Resort.
