WHAT IS THE LELY MASTER POA AND WHAT IS IT RESPONSIBLE FOR?
What is the Lely Master Association?
- The Lely Master Association is the umbrella association that includes all condo associations and HOAs in Lely including the Inspira apartments, Astra apartments, the Arlington and Stock Plaza. It includes 5284 "doorfronts" (e.g. homes).
- Under this umbrella is 2 groups, the Lely Community Development District (LCDD) and CSA (Comprehensive Service Agreement). The CSA is communities bonded together under an agreement with the LCDD to provide services. Boundaries of LCDD and CSA are shown to the right.
- Every home in the Master Association pays a Master HOA fee. This is normally included in your current HOA or condo fee you pay quarterly.
What is the Master Association responsible for?
- The Master Association is responsible for maintaining the property, preserves and lakes that it owns in Lely. The county owns all the public roads, but the Master is responsible for maintaining the area between the sidewalk and road, median and entrances into Lely as well as the local signage.
- It is also responsible for the drainage facilities within the community.
- The Master Association contracts with the LCDD to do the landscaping maintenance.
